We confirm stock, apply tiered pricing and send a proforma invoice. No payment until you approve it.

Goods are checked, tagged and bagged, then dispatched with tracking.

Rates and transit times are quoted per order — they depend on weight, destination and the carrier's current schedule.
Duties and import taxes
Since May 2025 the US has removed the $800 de minimis exemption for shipments from China and Hong Kong, so every parcel is now dutiable. Quotes are DDU by default — duties are collected by the carrier on delivery. If you need a landed-cost figure, ask for DDP pricing before we dispatch.
